A Biomimetic Sanctuary; utilising nature’s innovative processes to provide immediate education for humans in a crucial 12 years. A project also with a long term plan to act as a band-aid for a site in Canvey Wick – harmed by the harshness of industry, allowing nature to move back in and heal the area.
Bridge Development
Development of the structure of the biomimetic bridge with canopy structure and central generator.

Initial concept sketch of the Biomimetic Sanctuary – consisting of rotating bridges over the concrete blocks that act as a band-aid to encourage nature to move back in.

Initial Pavilion Concept
Initial idea of a wind pavilion that harnesses energy from the wind power and produces electricity to be stored and then released through wavelengths of red and blue light.
